Admire the charming ancient Berber villages and the picturesque Ouzoud waterfalls.
Ouzoud waterfalls is one of the most amazing attractions in Morocco and considered the highest waterfalls in North of Africa (more than 1000 ft), situated in the Middle Atlas East of Marrakech. Only about 3 hours drive away from Marrakech but definitely worth exploring.
At 8 am we leave Marrakech on the way to Ouzoud we will have a stop at Demnat, a small charming town, including an old Mellah (Jewish quarter) where an important Jewish community settled in the early 12th century,
Demnat is surrounded by olive groves, that produce Morocco’s best olive oil, and it is also surrounded by beautiful mountains and close-by natural attractions, including the natural land bridge Iminifery, and Ouzoud falls.
On arrival to Ouzoud, enjoy the amazing view of waterfalls, a very fresh and relaxing place to get away from the noise of cities and get out into nature, you will be taken to a nice small traditional restaurant, to eat a delicious Moroccan food with a view of the falls, and you can also take a boat and get closer to the falls.
In the late afternoon, we will drive back to the Red city Marrakech.
