CONDITIONS

1. Ticket is non-refundable. No refunds will be made to passengers left behind.
2. Ticker valid only for date indicated and time of travel, unless changes notified 24 hrs prior.
3. Reporting Time: 30 minutes before departure.
4. The Company will not be responsible for any luggage left behind.
5. Ticket is non-transferable.
6. Please note that maximum time allowed for Namanga Border crossing Formalities is 20 MINUTES only.
7. Open ticket valid for 3 months only.
8. All our tickets are Electronic either printed or Soft Copy.
